The law office of Michael F. Magistrali & Associates is close-knit group of professionals – two Connecticut lawyers and two full-time legal assistants – dedicated to protecting the rights of disabled persons throughout the state of Connecticut and in western Massachusetts. We pride ourselves on giving personal attention to every Social Security disability client. We know how frustrating it can be to deal with a government bureaucracy like the Social Security Administration, especially when you already are dealing with the daily stress of health-related issues and not being able to work. We pledge not to contribute to your frustration. Rather, we make every effort to reduce the anxiety related to the Social Security disability benefits process by promptly returning your calls; listening to your concerns; answering your questions; handling your paperwork; and preparing you to testify at your disability benefits hearing. At the law office of Michael F. Magistrali, our work begins when you first contact us by phone or email; our work does not stop until you have been awarded Social Security disability benefits or we have exhausted all reasonable appeals.
